No. They are both separate products & options that we offer. However they are not exclusive to one another, most of our Slack Community members purchase The Workspace Pass too.
The Slack Community is laser-focused on creating peer-to-peer connection through events, and daily help & support to one another. It’s intentionally capped, and perfect for anyone who craves connection with others whilst operating in a solo or lean people environment. The Workspace Pass is not so much about connection, but more about making it as effortless as possible to plan, build & ship your work with the help of relevant, curated resources & an AI build partner.
It’s perfect for anyone operating in a People/HR team within a startup or scale-up (10-2000 FTE) anywhere in the world. Everything is designed to be completely async so this offers as much value to folks in the UK & US as it does to someone in ANZ. It’s also incredibly useful as an addition to a fractional/consulting toolkit too.
Our community is intentionally curated & capped to keep is super relevant and helpful to it’s members. As a guide, we’ve built this for startup people leaders (10-500 FTE), who are in-house. Whilst it’s open to anyone globally, transparently to make the most of this you are likely going to be based in a more western timezone (US/UK/Europe). This is because we run live virtual events every month, usually at 3pm UK time. They are recorded & shared but you might not get the full community experience if you can’t make these from time to time.
