Those that score a minimum 160pt across the 30+ components of The Open Assessment can obtain formal accreditation, adding their company to our public directory alongside some of the worlds most open, trusted employers.
The Open Culture Framework
Each assessment area carries 3 levels of achievement linked to the amount of transparency you show in that area. You'll earn corresponding points for these up to a total possible maximum of 1050. Minimum threshold for entry to our directory is 160.
The Career pillar includes 5 achievement areas, each having 3 transparency tiers, for a total of 150 transparency points
