How the cohort works
Engage in 1-2 hours of weekly live sessions, scheduled around lunchtime slots to fit around your work. Each week will focus on a different area on our Culture OS Mind Map, which you will have fully completed for your own org by the end of the cohort, alongside a personal journal full of inspirational examples you've curated along the way to help you continue your culture journey post-cohort.

Meet your cohort, learn about the open culture movement and community values so you can maximise your experience over the next 8 weeks.
Unpacking the Culture OS Design Framework
We'll spend time in week 1 unpacking a new approach to designing & managing culture. We'll cover how you map culture today, design for tomorrow, and begin to operationalise it in your business
Week 3: How We... Behave

Group Workshop: Values & Behaviours
How we behave is key to company culture. During the workshop we'll invite folks to share their own from their org, but also a few examples you've found from other companies that you love. We'll discuss in a round-robin format, and spend time sharing a detailed template & approach you can utilise to either define, or refresh values & behaviours

45 minutes with us to either help you on your culture design journey, or tackle a top of mind challenge on your plate right now.
Week 4: How We... Grow

Group Workshop: Learn, Fail, Feedback
How we learn, fail & feedback is key to company culture. During the workshop we'll invite folks to share their own approach from their org, but also a few examples you've found from other companies that you love. We'll discuss in a round-robin format, and spend time sharing a takeaway template you can use to embed & operationalise a feedback culture that sticks.

Group Workshop: Rituals, Ways of Work, Decisions
Defining Ways of Work is vital to company culture. During the workshop we'll invite folks to share a little about their own rituals, ways of work and how decision-making happens in their org, but also a few examples you've found from other companies that you love. We'll discuss in a round-robin format, and spend time talking through one of our favourite Decision Making Frameworks you can embed.

Week 8: How We... Differ

Conflict is a healthy part of culture, but it must be grounded & approached in the right way. During the workshop we'll invite folks to share a little about how conflict & disagreements are handled in their org, but also a few examples you've found from other companies that you love. We'll discuss in a round-robin format, and spend time sharing a template exercise you can use to establish ground rules.

How you manage & lead is vital to company culture. During the workshop we'll invite folks to share a little about what this looks like in their org, but also a few examples you've found from other companies that you love. We'll discuss in a round-robin format, and spend time walking through our playbook on building a People Manager Community of Practice to set your managers up for success
