His career has spanned agency & Embedded talent, HR tech and advisory to hundreds of startups and scaleups over the world. He bootstrapped his last business to 76 employees, £4m+ turnover from scratch in just 18 months before co-Founding Open Org with John.

We work closely with companies who want to embrace transformation to a more open culture, usually over a period of 2-3 months to help them uncover, embrace and implement more tangible transparency across 35+ areas of their company. Our Open Framework provides a robust roadmap for companies to follow in order to drive real change
Where an org isn't quite ready for that company-wide change and public commitment to this initiative, we run twice yearly cohorts for People & Talent Leaders to join together for 4-6 weeks, fully remote, to meet 8-10 other like-minded leaders who are currently trying to drive change in their businesses.
Where we meet People & Talent folks who believe deeply in transparency at work, progressive people practices, and who want to drive and be part of that wider change, but perhaps haven't sold the business case of that change yet internally, we run regular bootcamps.
