We work closely with companies who want to embrace transformation to a more open culture, usually over a period of 2-3 months to help them uncover, embrace and implement more tangible transparency across 35+ areas of their company. Where an org isn't quite ready for that company-wide change and public commitment to this initiative, we run twice yearly cohorts for People & Talent Leaders to join together for 4-6 weeks, fully remote, to meet 8-10 other like-minded leaders who are currently trying to drive change in their businesses.
